A reputable and growing costs practice is seeking a Commercial Costs Draftsperson to join their team. You will bring your extensive experience in handling commercial costs matters and play a pivotal role in managing complex commercial litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and Negotiation: Prepare complex bills, replies, and budgets. Attend CCMCs and detailed assessments, negotiating settlements to achieve favourable outcomes.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a varied caseload with a focus on high-value commercial litigation matters, showcasing your expertise in handling complex cases.
  • Communication Skills: Utilise excellent communication skills to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Provide commercial advice when required.
  • Organisational Skills: Demonstrate a high level of organisation in handling multiple tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
