Position Description
A reputable and growing costs practice is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Costs Draftsperson to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in handling a range of commercial costs matters.
As a Commercial Costs Draftsman, you will be responsible for drafting complex bills, replies, budgets, attending CCMCs and detailed assessments, as well as negotiating settlement. You will be managing a varied and challenging caseload with a focus on high-value commercial litigation matters. Therefore, you should have significant experience in handling complex commercial litigation matters.
The successful candidate should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be expected to have a commercial mindset and be able to provide commercial advice when required.
