A busy and well-established law firm in South Manchester is seeking a Commercial/Civil Litigator to join their team.

Requirements:

• Ideally 2-3 years’ PQE in litigation, though the firm is open to considering more senior candidates.
• Relevant experience in debt recovery, property litigation, repossession work, or contractual disputes is preferred.
• Candidates with strong litigation experience in other areas of law will also be considered, with the potential for retraining.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to handle a busy caseload effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.
• Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and advising clients on a variety of disputes.
• Collaborating with the wider legal team to ensure clients receive high-quality representation.
