A well-established and reputable law firm is seeking a Clinical Negligence Team Leader to join their Liverpool office. This is a senior leadership role within the Clinical Negligence team, and it offers the opportunity to lead, manage, and develop a team of legal professionals while contributing to the growth and success of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Clinical Negligence team, ensuring its productivity and growth.
- Oversee a wide variety of Clinical Negligence claims, leveraging your expertise in this area.
- Coach, develop, and support team members.
- Utilise technology to enhance legal services and streamline processes.
- Apply strong analytical skills to assess cases and provide guidance on Medical Negligence issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience successfully leading or managing a Clinical Negligence team.
- Profound understanding of Clinical Negligence claims and their management.
- Adept at coaching and supporting team members to help them reach their potential.
- Familiarity with legal technology tools and the ability to leverage them for improved service delivery.
