Position Description
A highly regarded and successful law firm based in Cheshire is seeking an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Fee Earner to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in handling a range of Medical Negligence matters.

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Clinical Negligence matters.
- Conducting thorough investigations into medical negligence claims.
- Liaising with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties.
- Providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients.
- Drafting legal documents, including claim forms, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court, if necessary.
- Keeping up to date with legal developments and changes in medical negligence law.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in Clinical Negligence.
- Strong knowledge of medical negligence law and relevant legal principles.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with attention to detail.
- Empathetic and client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients.
