Position Description
A well-known Claims Management Company in Huddersfield is seeking a PI Claims Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for an entry-level role in a legal environment to gain hands-on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be confident in talking to clients on the phone, and have a friendly and approachable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to clients and other stakeholders.
- Providing support to clients with their claims.
- Advising clients on the claims process.
- Updating and maintaining records on the company's system.
- Working towards and achieving targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly and approachable manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- A team player who is willing to work collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- This role would be ideal for a Law Graduate looking to gain experience in a legal environment or someone with customer service experience who is looking to make the transition into the legal sector.
