Position Description
A busy law firm in Lancaster is currently seeking to expand its claims team by recruiting call handlers. The main responsibility of call handlers is to take enquiries from potential clients, follow up claims, liaise with existing clients, and gain an understanding of the claims process. The ideal candidate does not require legal experience or a law degree, but should have some telephone experience, preferably from a call centre, and great customer service skills.
The role is available either on a full-time or part-time basis, with core hours between 9 am and 7:30 pm, amounting to a 35-hour week. If you are interested in pursuing a career in the legal profession and are seeking an entry-level position, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
