Job Requirements

The role involes taking enquiries from potential clients, following up cliams, liaising with existing clients and gaining an understanding of the claims process. Legal experience or a law degree is not necessary - although an advantage - but you should have some telephone experience maybe from a call centre and great customer service skills. The role is available on a full time or part time basis with core hours being between 9am and 7.30pm, it is 35 hour week. If a careeer within the legal profession is of interest and you are looking for an entry level role - this could be for you.
