Requirements:
  • This would be an ideal role for a fee earner who is will looking to move into an alternate career path.
  • A legal background with be advantageous, but is not essential.
  • Proven track record in business-to-business sales, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and fostering client relationships.
  • Strong background in key account management and a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Sound understanding of the legal market, preferably with experience in the professional services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
  • Proficiency in business development software and tools.
